It sounds to me that it's mostly about location. I mean who do you think will see more....someone that lives in Redneckville, Louisiana or say like Mami Florida or San Diego.

I haven't read the latest Honda sales figures for our S, so I don't know the figures concerning this year vs. last year, etc. But I do see a lot more for sale, though.

Checked out ebay, autotrader.com and others? I don't know how many hundreds, or thousands, are out there waiting to be bought. I think a lot of has to do with the fact that long term leases are up and /or a lot of folks just decided that an S2000 is not the car for them. I mean, I see a lot of S2000's on sale with very low mileage.

Haha...well, that would certainly satisfy the "being unique" criteria.

Here in Indy, I can count the number of S2000's that I see in a month on one hand. I know they are out there, but I never see any.

It sounds like I'm about the only one that bought this car because I love it. I did not buy mine because I do not see any others on the road. I bought my car to drive and that's what I do.

Do you have actual sales figures to support this claim?

Well I'm not counting sunday because in many parts of the country dealers are closed on Sunday. And I was going by the last full year sales figures.

Honda has never had a decent sales campaign for the S2k. Its remarkable that they've sold as many as they have with virtually NO advertisement!

All the more reason for owners to apreciate what they have!

Less popular, hardly. More competitors with bigger marketing budgets, definately!

Better products competing against the S? Yes, but nowhere near equal!
