It was a 4 lane road 2 going one direct 2 going the other. I had to get across 2 lanes to get in a lane that goes the way i was headed.. After she waved i did try to creep out a bit to see what was going on.. Im thinking possibly the lady that hit me was pulling out of a store on the other side of the street and thats why i didn't see her but i dont know. I thought i had looked that direction and was checking the other way when i got hit.

im not exactly sure.. The car is in some garage 50 miles away from here near my college. I wish it were here im dieing to inspect it lol.. Soon s i see it agin i will take pictures and post them up.. At least i get into the wrecked s2k thread lol..

if i let somebody cut across in front of me i never wave them to go, i let them decide to go 'cause it's their azz, too bad you got stuck relying on somebody else's judgment...

 

same thing happened to me and my 240 sx......only trust yourself....

 

same thing almost happened to me.

2 lanes going the other way and the car in the middle lane stopped to let me go. I crept forward and a truck zoomed by in the other lane. I felt bad that i held up the lady who stopped for me a bit but I didn't cause an accident.

Next time I'll just wait until I'm absolutely sure that there's no cars.

Sucks to hear that happened to you though. Hopefully the damage isn't too bad and you get to drive your car again soon.

 

Exact some thing happened to me once in England. Seems pretty common. I swore never to trust anyone on the road again.
