not sure if i got a good deal but honda agreed to replace my07 soft top for $850. my top is not torn through anywhere but she is showing wear spots in several places...

so if you have taken care of your top but it's showing signs of wear, i recommend talking to your local dealer and see what the zone office will do for you....
