I took Scarlet out and scared up some people around Chicago this weekend and I noticed that some condensation has accumulated in the passenger side headlight housing.

I'm bummed, this is her first real thing to not be 100%...

It's minor, I know, but I am going to have it swapped out when we do the Spoon clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. It'll be done soon...

Anyway, has this happened to anyone else?

This has happened to me on various occasions not only to the passenger headlight but also the drivers plus the two rear tail lights. Kinda bugs me but it eventually clears and I don't know if Honda would even bother with it under warranty although I would really like to get new ones..what do you guys think??

It's a fairly common item on Supras, and my replacement was covered under warranty w/ no problem.

My back left lens had some drops of water inside it last time I washed it...will have to keep a close eye on it and have it replaced/repaired if it happens again.

Driver side tail light....It was pointed out to me at the Houston meet or I probably would not have noticed. It had just been washed. Next time it's washed (next couple of days) or in rain I plan on checking and taking it directly to a dealer close-by.

I'm also having a problem with the new boot. The attachments on one side are coming off. I again noticed this when attaching it for the above meet. Only the second time I've used it since the exchange.

This may seem way out there, but if anyone plans to open their housings to remove the amber lens, maybe they can put packaging salts in the housing(behind the lens of course) to absorb moisture. Just a thought.

Opening the housing will also make it more likely that moisture will get in, and will also void the warranty for fogging.

If it is a warranty issue, Leave it as long as possible, then you can trade in the scratched up pos for brand spanking new ones. That's what I'd do, But I'm a little sneak sometimes
