Scarlet's all fogged up!
I would venture to guess that the air leak is around one of the bulb housings, probably the high beam. I've taken these things apart and I can't see any way that moisture can enter between the lens and the cover. It is too well put together.
Had this happen to me several times. If it is a little condensation, use a blowdriver and blast it on cold into one of the bulb holes. It might take 5 minutes but it is like defrosting your windshield. If it is real bad then bring it to Honda and they'll relpace it. I'll leave with a tip. Don't leave anything wet (umbrella, wet jacket) overnight in the trunk. The water will sooner or later evaporate and find themselves in your light housings. Latez!
