Default Scraped back rim on curb...

Well, i was coming out of an ATM drive through and turned a little too much and scraped my rear driver side rim. The scrape is about 8 inches long and 1 cm wide, is there any way to fix that or at least make it look better?

I did the same thing once, and the repair they did was so perfect I was unable to tell which rim was repaired when I picked up the car (bought new tires also).

My understanding is, they weld new aluminum onto the rim, and then lathe it down to match the original shape. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. Cost was only $100 total for me. Good luck.
