Default search for 2009

I've owned 2 S2000s a red MY01 and now lease a Blue MY06 .....My lease on the blue is up in
May so I'm looking at options. My thoughts are going for 09,last year, stiffer suspension and
different steering feel.I now live in Arizona and asked my local dealer to look for a white 09.
The dealer came back and said there were only 3 2009 s2000s in the state, none white. He
did a further search and another 3 [total 6] in a six state area....None white.
My question is does any see s2000s at their Local honda dealer? My thoughts are the deals
may be gone with so few cars left.

Life will go on but at present, I can't see myself without a S2000.

Take care
Stew

I wish you luck on finding a white one! When I was shopping around for mine in '08, there were exactly 0 white ones in my whole state for a few months. There was a white demo in the state over but I didn't want a demo. It was only through a coincidence that a family friend of mine found out I was looking for one and he caught wind from an ex-coworker that worked for a Honda dealership that they had a white one on order. Needless to say, I told them to hold the car immediately and put my money on the car while it was still across the Pacific.

Funny post- I am in the identical situation in GA. My 06 SS is due back at the end of May. I figured I would lease a white/red '09, but as you said they are few and far between(I was told by CarsDirect there are NO GPW's on the east coast). I found one in Dallas, TX, but there are no incentives to lease(they will sell it for $30,800 but a lease would be $650/mth). I figure with so few GPW's(or 09's at all) they will not likely be firesaled like in past years. I am going another route and getting something different. You could buy your 06 out(or find a used 07 GPW(there are some around).

Good luck!
