Fellow S2kI brothers, I would like to raise the topic of utilizing the search engine. Lately I have read responses to many threads stating to use the search engine. Although the search engine is a great tool, I think that what we may fail to realize is that probably 70% of the topics raised here now can be looked up on the search engine. I don't want people to stop posting new topics on this forum as a result of just looking on the search engine. This would cut down on the number of new daily post to read and debate. There's nothing like a good debate to pass the time away, even if it was debated a year ago.

If there are no new posts to read, what would I do to pass the time away while I get paid? Work??? Ha, that's a good one.

 

I try to give an answer if I know it and then also suggest a search to find more answers.
(Unless it's a really, really silly question like "What color should I get?" )

 

Hey xviper, I see that it's almost 50 F there and it's not even 12:00. At what temp do you drop the top?

 

Actually, I still have my hardtop on. I'm holding off till it's more certain that winter has ended. But, when the hardtop is gone, I'll drop the top anytime the sun is out, even if it's snowing. I've done that once. You've heard of "sun-showers"? We can get "sun-snowers". It's really goofy to see.

 

I've never heard of sun showers before. I guess that's when the sun cracks through the clouds for a brief second and you look like you are about to go to heaven like in the pictures with the mountains in the background.

Oh... I see that no one wanted to respond to this thread. It wasn't controversial enough I guess. Maybe I can mix things up by complaining about the torque or calling the Z4 faster. Just kidding.
