I found that there is only one specific seat setting that really works for me so maybe you just need to give it some more time and keep trying different positions until you find your sweet spot.

I forgot to mention this. I also have one specific seat setting (angle) that I find comfortable. Any variation from it and it causes either undue tiredness or soreness.

Yes! Taking out your wallet is key to being comfortable. Whenever I forget to do it, I end up feeling it within an hour.

I've taken numerous trips that were more than 3 hours in length. I find that after 3-4 hours, your knee and/or back will be a bit sore. Getting out every three hours for a stretch helps.

Also, as others said, finding your comfortable position is key. You have to have the seat in just the right place.

The seats are not as "plush" as other leather seats, but they are pretty good and will hold you in well.

I'm a little guy too.

I get back pain, but it is the result of something else. The car seats can exacerbate it though. Then again, every car has been like that for me.

6'0 160lbs, the seats are fine for me and feel almost identical to my del sol's. Trips over 1 hour the seats kinda suck but are doable. I did a 1000 mile trip two weeks ago and im still hanging in their w/out signifigant back pain. Part of the reason why i dont have a bad back might be because im 21 imo.

And always take your wallet you of your backpocket or you will be in agony

Depends on what seats. Stock S2000 seats have gone for $800 in the past. All depends on condition. New from Honda is obscenely priced.

You can get stolen ones on eBay pretty cheaply too.*

*To the rest of you all: I know, it's a sore point

I'm 5'8 and fit in the stock seats with extra space. Now I got my bride zeta 2 and man I can't move anywhere but the comfort is also fine. In both seats I have no back problems whatsoever. I recently drove 8hrs in a day with the bride seat and my back feels fine.
