Default Seatbelt motor

Hi all.

i had my car inspected today and the inspector said that the seatbelt does not retract at all.

then I try it myself and looks like it is retracting. I have recorded a video on youtube.

the belt retracts or does this really need replacing? I am just concerned that the design of the seatbelt is the issue.

appreciate any help and if any s2k owners can compare it to their car that would be highly appreciated.

if its the same car shown that the inspector, er, inspected...then yours is working fine and should be a pass. The inspector needs to show you why it didn't pass and prove they weren't drinking heavily when they inspected your car.

Was it not retracting because it was through the guide (which you are holding separately) and pinching?
Obviously it's working fine in your vids.
