The seat-position isn't an issue. The question is can you fit top-down.

I have a friend who is 6'5 and has an S2000. He just bought a Bride exas and Mugen rail so that the seat would sit lower.

I think you'll be ok, I'm 6'1 and Im very comfortable in my S and don't look out of place either.

 

I'm almost 6'4" and with the seat forward 2 stops from all the way back, you can lean it back until it touches and it gives much more room. If that doesn't work for you a custom seat can give 3 inches if installed correctly.
