The seats in the S2K leave a bit to be desired for long treks in the country. Has anyone changed out the stock seats for Recaro? If so, which model seat was used?

 

there are a few options you have - some recaro, cobra or sparco seats will fit. just send me a pm with info on what you might be interested in and/or I can tell you what will work and what will not.

No problem with these seats even on a 14 hour journey. Besides, I thought Honda got these seat from Recaro?

I have this sick idea that the Civic SI seats would look great in my S...I've even casually talked to an SI driver or two about trading...thoughts?

 

I kinda like those seats. I'm not a real fan of leather anyway, but wouldn't this be sorta taking a step backwards. I'm sure the S2000 seats are way more expensive than the Civic seats. Besides, Civic guys are stealing our seats for their cars so this would our seats more "desireable", no?

 

I agree that woul look good. I'm sure you could find someone that would trade if you look hard enough.

I have Sparco seats in mine and love them, havent taken it on any long rides yet but they are very nice for cruizing

I was looking to do the same thing, but I was going to just buy a pair, usually aroung $700 for two in mint condition.
