Mmm bumped thread. I found the secret compartment on week 2 of owning it. I googled it and found it on the first link. My car was missing the owner's manual so I bought another one anyways. Also bought a service manual and I love it because its dedicated specifically to the s2k instead of all Hondas. You can't find s2k service manual in any store, at least around here.

I've been doing that ever since I knew I had it, being that I read the manual I knew about it since day 1

Anyone else read the manual while on the shitter?

Not to brag, but I found this by chance when I test-drove my car and was checking out the interior. When I read later about a "secret compartment" I went looking for another compartment and couldn't find anything. Read some more and was like "that's all they were talking about?"

If you really want secret, I had a 1991 Accord Wagon that had wallet-sized pockets stitched into the backrests of the rear seats. They were just these small slots in the upholstery near the base of the seats but they were about four inches deep if you wanted to cram something into them. Even though they were on the front of the backrests, I didn't find them until I had owned the car for at least four years. They were a good spot to stash small valuables when leaving the car in a shady area.

LOL. funny stuff.

Just open your center compartment. Run your fingers across the top of the outermost part of it. There's a little handle in there. pull up on it. VOILA! there it is. Have fun.

I find it funny that only the pot heads seem to be unable to find the "secret" (ie. fairly obvious) compartment. I wonder why that is? Did you all have to have someone show you how to start the car as well? And what have you done with your cars now that your first tank of gas is gone and you can't find the gas release button?
