If mine wasn't so modified(well past the point of returning it back to stock), I'd sell it given how high the prices have gotten get something newer with more power.
I am in the similar situation, after my wife and I had our first child in 2017, my S has not been driven more than 300 miles a year and now we are expecting our #2 in less than two weeks! I am leaning towards selling the S and put it towards getting our new house.

Couple of videos why and how you should get in and out of an S. Plus you will save the bolster. I started to do this when I got the car because the other way was not working well. At 65 it is still a breeze to insert and extricate my carcass.
Keep the cars. They ain't making any more like this with so much simple fun.
I'm in the same boat, 68 yrs old, have put less than 500 miles on the 2007 S-2000 in the past year or more. Bought it in 2012 with 27K miles and currently have about 47,000 on her.
How do you use the car? Do you take it to car shows? Top down and cruise? Look at it in the garage? Once you answer this then there are probably newer more livable cars that suit your needs better, UNLESS you like the car just because it's an S2000 (like me, as it was my high-school dream car).
