This seller has to be joking

The car itself is in great condition. He says that its painted yellow to match his Corvette but it looks to be Rio yellow. Then there is the red and black in interior so now it looks like a Ronald McDonald car. He had to acquire permission to stitch S2000 on the headrests? I think not. And my absolute favorite parts of this are the 2 stipulations he has for the sale. Potential buyers have to undergo a screening AND they cannon live within 200 miles of his house because apparently he couldn't bear to see another driving it. Most people are just happy to make the sale. Let alone the crazy asking price.

It has to be Rio Yellow and if not, why would you repaint a mint condition car essentially the same color? That's the only thing strange to me. I think they are serious about not wanting to sell it to someone local. When I sold my Mint prelude I had owned for 7 years I did not want to sell it to some local punk kid and see it in a parking lot all beat up a few months later...

You're right , the price is a bit ridiculous, but maybe he did pay Honda for the right to have the logo stitched on the headrest and that is why he is asking so much. The red interior is not a match with the exterior colour and would make me suspicious - either the interior is not original or the exterior has been repainted - a quick check in the engine bay or in some other out of the way part of the car should reveal it's original colour. He has clearly had his brake calipers done after market and it would appear that he has upgraded his wheels to a later model year - they are the same as my 2007's. Yes the mileage is low but where has this car really been and what is its history? My antenna would be up.
Its factory yellow, SPA I believe?
If you look at the engine bay shots the color doesn't appear to change significantly between the engine bay and the front fender. It would be pointless to repaint a brand new car the same color, or just a slightly different shade.

I agree except one thing. Definitely not the same rims as the 06-07. They look like the 04 rims to me. Why they would switch the color to red is beyond me. Definitely worth checking into deeper if you were a potential buyer, but that price is still to high, regardless of the mileage.
