Selling cars with mods...
It depends on the buyer's preferences of course. Plenty of people want modded cars, and plenty (such as myself) wouldn't. I wouldn't expect a premium for a modded car, though. Many people operate under the philosophy that "Mods are only worth what the buyer thinks they are worth."
You might be able to get more from your mods by selling them on eBay.

i would say for the "average joe", a modded car is not desirable. But for an enthusiast buyer looking for specifics it could be desirable. Although, I can't see the buyer admitting that he/she is going to pay a premium for a mods.
Exactly, i agree with everyone above.
Sell the parts separately, then sell car.
Most people want a stock car so they can do what they want to it.
My last car, i had $15k into it. Sold all parts and recovered $9k of it. Used that money for the down on the s2k!

If you are looking to recover as much of your initial cost as possible, I would remove the gears and sell them. The other 2 things are not worth it (headlights you will most likely get a straight up trade, and the grill you might be able to sell). I would return to stock, then sell your aftermarket stuff (other than headlights).

ajg nailed it. If you can find the right buyer, you're in. Very difficult to do.
