sorry guys if i steered you in the wrong direction or if anyone is unsatified after my recommendation. I was just voicing my experience with them and do not work for them in any way.

While others may have had problems, i can say i still love my shiftboot.

I'm running the black carbon fiber one and just recently, i armoral'ed it with the vinyl protectant. it looks 10x better. deeper and richer color.

Sorry to bump this old post, but I am pissed with these people. This guy (don't really know if it is a guy) posts on all the s2k forums (and no doubt all the sportscar forums). Trolling for business. I took the bait and was burned. The website completely misrepresents the product. The boot and arm rest cover he sent me (for $90) looked ridiculous.

Also, this guy evidently thinks he only needs to reply to emails on Monday. Runs a commerce website, but only checks his email one day a week!

Anyway, am posting this as a warning. Seeing the better side of human nature (most of the time), I don't believe this person is a crook. Just a clown, or at best, unprofessional.

Approach accordingly.

quality of their products are pretty bad as i am one of the victims. the shiftboot i ordered from them has been lying on my table collecting dust.

 

I hate to say it, but that's not Alcantara. If they're advertising it as such, then they need to change the words. Alcantara is not that fuzzy. I've seen all the imitations and you can tell the difference.

I hope they didn't charge you a premium b/c the knock off stuff is $20 a yard while Alcantara is $105
