I'd use some conventional oil for the first couple thousand miles. Then switch to a blend, then go sull synthetic. You don't have to go through the blend phase, but that's what I'd do.

Will the tranny be coming off when the block comes off because i was thinking of putting in a new clutch. Dont really think I need one now but if the car is apart, might as well put in the clutch now and save on labor charges later.

Majestic emailed me back today and said due to the weight, they would not be able to ship out the block. Anyone know where I can get it from online that could ship it out? Or will I just have to go to the local dealer?

Majestic had a great price, sucks they cant ship it out.

It can ship truck freight. Do they have it in stock? Why not call them again and ask them what is the real issue? It can travel truck freight. You may have to arrange the shipping and insurance yourself, though.

HTG does about the same price and he will ship. This is your best bet.

Also Honda now offers parts online and will ship it to your local dealer free. You pay tax on it and get a 10% discount.

I called Majestic and they said they cant. They are in Rhode Island and i am in California. They told me to get it through my local dealer.

Thanks you guys. Will go to HTG. He would be able to ship it to me in CA right?
