I just installed my Voodoo knob today and wow! shifting is soooo sweet now! a very highly recommended mod. personally, I think the Titanium knob is a bit ridiculous and high-priced, esp. since it's not using the Ti in an application it excels at, namely being a strong but light metal. the Aluminum knob looks great IMO and is significantly cheaper.

get yourself a countersunk Al knob if you haven't bought one yet. for the $s spent, the satisfaction level is way up there.

 

the only advantage of ti (other than looks[subjective])) is that al scratches like a mofo.

 

ti is heavier so the shift feel is different than al, it also is slower to gain / lose temp.

 

Ti is just cool (figuratively and actually). If they could make the entire car out of it, that'd be fine by me. And skip the paint.

 

i want the short shifter so bad.

 

If you can find one, get it. I didn't think there could be a shorter throw for this shifter, but it is
