FWIW, I bought my Momo Shot, removed the inside contents and instead of placing the appropriate rubber insert just inside of the base, jammed it ALL the way up to the top of the inside hole and forced it down onto the stem. I also added lead tape to the inside of the top based (unscrewable). Voila! A shifter about 2-inches shorter than stock that feels like a screwdriver suspended in a can of STP oil treatment.
