Default Should I buy an S2000 and dump the Z3?? Please help!

I currently have a 98 Z3 and a 93 Rx7 for weekend fun, and I drive a 88 CRX 5 days a week. Anyways, I love how the S2000 looks and have heard good things about it. Should I dump the Z3 and buy the S2000. I'm stuck because I'm in love with my Rx7, but as of right now it's dead at my house with a fuel leak. How does the Rx7 fair up to the S2000? Is there any difference between the 2000-03? Thanks guy and hope to be posting more as I learn more about the S2000.

I think you should. But you really should check out the thread called "Should I buy an S2000?" that's stuck to the top of this forum. It has dozens and dozens of reasons why you should - no need to rehash them here.

IMO, you should get rid of z3 and keep your FD but don't buy s2K until you are sure. while you are in the cool down period, fix your FD. there are some changes made from 01-02 but not from 02-03 i believe.

If you already have a RX-7tt and you want the S2000, I would say go for it. The RX-7tt's handling and performance always reminded me of a really fast and somewhat evil Miata. The S2k is the same...not quite as fast as the FD though..but it has the same razor-sharp, go-kart-like, quick-to-oversteer handling as the RX.

Personally, I've always felt that the RX-7tt was the most beautiful car Japan ever made and the S2k is a close second and certainly the best looking roadster. I sure wish I could afford to put the best looking coupe and roadster from Japan in my garage.

A test drive offers answers no other input can possibly supply.

Why not upgrade to the Z4? Go drive an S2000 and a Z4 and let that be your deciding factor.
