Should I even consider the Invidia V3?

omg I want an invidia v3 soooooo bad, but im worried about my neighbors. They are great people, they have 2-3 kids that are like younger than 12 and my garage opens up facing their side of the house and im worried I will disturb them all the time.

I leave a lot when it is late at night (around 11PM - 1AM) and I think the V3 might just be a little too loud.

Nevertheless, if I do get the money in hand, that V3 is going to go into my car no matter what. I'll just send my neighbors a fruitbasket with some sleeping pills on the side =]

Le3- Too many stories about Invidia that aren't exactly true. With the silencers installed, the sound can be as meek as a kitten. Highway driving with the V3 is almost totally inaudable. Talk to your passenger or listen to the radio-no problem.

Everyone must be talking about the V2 or earlier as being too loud. The V3 believe it or not, it not that loud.

EDIT: Not too loud during normal driving that is.

I got pulled over by a cop on Saturday for my V3's... lol

He was a nice guy and let me off.

Did a sound test just for kicks. Here in QLD, Australia, your not allowed (legally but no one cares unless its excessively loud - like a V3) over 90DB @ 2500 rpm.

So, I'm on the side of the highway, he tests my car @ 2500 rpm.

I scored a ~130DB, no silencers..... @ 2500 rpm......

Nice pics. Enough to make many reconsider the purchase of something else.
I could have easily bought another brand but it just so happened this was a Group Buy when I was ready to make a purchase. Timeing really is everything.
