Should I get vertical doors?
do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"i put lamborgini doors on that S2k, low pros so low looks like i'm riding on bladez"
but really, do it. 475 is a good price considering the kit usually costs twice that.

Need some opinions on getting vertical doors for my car. Im kinda stuck between yes and no. A guy will sell me his used vertical doors for $475 local pick up.
IOW, only you know how you use the car and/or what you want to do with it, so you have to decide for yourself. Why do you think you'd like the doors?
If you want Lambo doors, put them on.
If this thread was gauging S2KI memebers personal opinion towards them, then IMO, lambo doors = rice.
Lamborghini used the vertical door because the width of the car would not permit a standard opening door for parking spaces (esp. in Europe where parking is tight enough as is).
Some cars have an exotic enough shape to pull the kit off. The S2000 has a pretty conventional door shape (SQAURE) and unlike some cars (RX7, Corvette), I can imagine it would look as stupid as the H2s and Escalades with the door kit.
If it were my car, I could find a better way to spend 500 bucks. Its your ride, do what you want.
