I think the OEM rear spoiler make the rear end look more sporty, and those OEM spoiler does test by the Honda engineer in the wind tunnel with the car, they are not only for the look but also provide some downforce. I think you should keep it.

Just how much downforce do you need at 55 mph?

I like the looks of the car 'as is'. It will be a cold day in hell before I stick that spoiler onto the trunk... I say "Sell it!"

The rear spoiler makes the car's line look smoother - especially from the front side quarter. It looks even better from the rear, when you've got a hardtop on. Keep it!

Ihave the OEM rear spoiler and like it. Perfect paint match BTW unless you are under artificial light.

I originally didn't care for the OEM spoiler when I was shopping around for a used s2k. As it turned out I found a good deal on a New Formula Red with front/rear spoilers and side strakes. After getting used to them I find I really prefer the more aggressive look of the spoiler -especially with the full OEM body kit.

I say keep it

I did the exact same thing, the spolier sat in my garage for three weeks before I decided to put it on. I wasn't sure if I liked how it looked, I finally did, and I love it !! Very clean look and an easy install. Now I love the way my car looks with the factory spoiler.

IMO, the OEM spoiler gets rid of that "melted candybar" look to the rear end you see in the Boxter and the S without the tail fin. I love mine.
PUT IT ON!!

ok guys, thanks for the opinions, I've decided to sell the spoiler, because I want to lower the car more . I might decide to purchase again later if opportunity presents it's self.
