Super sensetive alarm + gun = win

In Texas if someone is messing with your property you can just shoot them, ahhh southern states.

Fix it and get this M*therf*cker!!! Take a few days off work to do a full scale stake out, you can either scare him or disable the fellow perminently

fix it, get a paging alarm, have all the convertible owners share in a stakeout until you get the guy.
Find out where he lives and get even

Maybe the area you live in is not very secure?

"an eye for an eye and the whole world would be blind"...

That being said, find the bastard and gouge out his eyes with a spoon.

Now I am leaning toward selling it. I just feel like I'll be spending too much on this car. I will forever remember the feeling of it.

You shouldn't have to do that. Don't let fear guide your life.
You have had one issue, not enough for me to quit.

I'd hate to be in that situation. I'm not even sure what I would do. A hardtop is a better solution than selling the car if you love the car.

I bought a 3BR house on 2 acres, 5 minutes outside of town and not in a subdivision because I didn't want to have to deal with parking issues and this kind of vandalism crap as well as HOA bs. The problem these days is even if you don't like the house you bought...you really can't sell because you'll owe the bank when you do!
