Should I sell it when someone in ur condo slices every convertible?
I'd hate to be in that situation. I'm not even sure what I would do. A hardtop is a better solution than selling the car if you love the car.
I bought a 3BR house on 2 acres, 5 minutes outside of town and not in a subdivision because I didn't want to have to deal with parking issues and this kind of vandalism crap as well as HOA bs. The problem these days is even if you don't like the house you bought...you really can't sell because you'll owe the bank when you do!

Unfortunately I don't...all their parking spots are taken. Oh well...guess it's time to say good bye, I'll bring it to a garage and see how it goes first.
This is one of the reasons why before I got married, I refused to live anywhere that no garage was available for my S2000. My Civic? Who cares. Daily driven and not a big deal.
ALWAYS wanted to make sure my S2000 was protected overnight from the true assholes of the world.

EDIT: and PS: I would put a very sensetive alarm on it and always wear your running shoes on in the house in case you need to chase him.

Super sensetive alarm + gun = win
In Texas if someone is messing with your property you can just shoot them, ahhh southern states.

Don't live in fear. If you love your car you should keep it. Don't let the vandal have the last laugh. I'm not sure that I would end someone's life for vandalizing my car... and to be honest I would prob prefer a more precise weapon than a shotgun to limit the damage to the s2k (although the shotty would certainly get the job done the best)! I would stick with a very sensitive alarm and leave the firearms for true emergencies.
