Are those the same latches that come with the hardtop. If so that would mean all that needs to be installed on a MY2002 for the hardtop is the rear latches.

Not so fast.....I suggest you get a copy of the installation instructions! It's a major job to do all the wiring that's required to convert to a hard top. Made me decide against it. The instructions are somewhere on the board.

It would take all of 10 minutes and $10 if you decided you wanted '01 style honda badges on your '02.

Or better yet, put on Rick's badges!

i assume that the defroster for the hardtop connects to the switch on the dash for the 2002 models, so i was wondering if anyone has tried hooking up the 2002 defroster switch to the 2001 hartops
