Wow the more I see the rear bumper the more I like it, especially with the first pic. Just waiting word if the rear bumper is a bolt on or not.

 

I think I like my Spa color better. The Rio is a little too dark, IMO. HOWEVER, I never noticed the back bumper of the new '04. It's Gorgeous! I like it much better; looks much fuller. I don't like the black plastic piece (between the exhausts) on the current model.

 

IMHO I like the way the MY 00-03 look much better than the MY 04 does. Now that I've seen both of them side by side, I REALLY like my car more than the 04's. Looks to futuristic for my tastes. Just my $0.02.

Wow I love both colors!! Man the MY04 rear bumper makes it look so much lower in the back. Both look great

I'm starting to like the 04 rear, maybe i should consider getting one I like how it makes the rear end appear wide.

the new cosmetic upgrades sure make the older design look dated.

side by side, the rio make the spa look faded, although i think rio is bit too musturdy. a shade of yellow somewhere between rio and spa would be perfect.

the new rear bumper makes the car look like it's got a big booty.

wow, the new front bumper is so much more rounded. look at the excess distance from the head lamps to the edge of the bumper compared with the 03.

the new bumpers and lights (front and rear) make the car look more full, round, and bulgy. imo, it makes the s2000 look more miata-ish. i'm not saying the design is bad, only that it resembles a gen2 miata to me...

 

I prefer the Spa, the rio is more orange than yellow.
