Default side strakes question

Hi ..I know opinions vary on side strakes but I have a question since my car came with them. One of my strakes kept dangling no matter how many times I fixed it so eventually I took it off because it was broke. My question is:

A) is it cheaper to buy a new set of side strakes $350

B)or is it cheaper to take the other one off and fix the holes?

thanks

Which part was broken? You can use 2-sided tape to hold the upper portion of the side strake on.

buy some aftermarket ones - most of them will cover the hole

as per a member on the board he covered his holes up with front bumper license plate plugs... I did the same because my driver side flew off after hitting a animal... It looks good too and covers the ugly hole

i am also curious about bumper plugs fitting in the hole. i am thinking about selling my strakes and ordering somethign aftermarket, but plugging up that hole in the meantime would be excellent.

anybody got pics??? hell, maybe i'll go in the garage and pop one off, then put a bumper plug in there and take pictures...
