Ive seen in peoples sigs a drawing of an S2000 in a particular color and then for example # 51 / 200

What does that represent?

There's a guy drawing up those images and selling the rights to use them on a limited basis. Similar to buying a limited copy of a painting.

He numbered them because people were taking them.

Yup, limited run images. No worry though, you can just go take a real picture of your car.
