Silver Clearly Best Color!
Only the greatest automobiles are garnished in the Stallion RED. So did I mention that RED is the only color that is called racing RED!!! Could you even imagine Ferrari calling their Second Silver!?!?!? honda knew that RED says it all!!!!!

If red or yellow were the only colors available on the S2000 when I purchased mine, I would have passed on it altogether. No thanks. Looks like a Mazda. ick!
I grew up in a family of ALL blue cars. I will never own a blue car. Tired of them.
I would have lived with white for a while, but probably would have it repainted with a metallic ivory or something.
Gave black a lot of thought, but it was showing swirls while still on the showroom floor.
Silverstone metallic was the ticket. Would like to have a matching NSX parked next to it.

Now be nice! This is all in fun!!

Okay, time to settle this. I've had three sportscars so far, one black, one red, and one silver, as well as having driven a fair amount more.
Black - very nice when spotless. One fleck of dirt, or smudge, and it shows instantly. So, if you are someplace with no wind, dust, tar (i.e. you drive in a clean room), go for it. OTOH, you could just have a wash-and-wax fetish.
Red - very car dependent. On a long, lean Ferrari, heck yeah! On a small convertible roadster, it makes the car look stubby and toy like (see Nissan/Barbie commercial). If the s2k had a longer profile, red would probably be in the top two.
Silver w/red - the understated flash of red coupled with the glow of silver. Come on folks! There has to be a reason Honda uses that color in all its promos!
Yellow - strictly use dependent. If the car rarely leaves the track, that's the color you want. Draws the most eyes ('cause every other car is boring red, to hide behind the Ferraris), including those of the friendly neighborhood law enforcement types. On a regular street car, may be a little to jarring for regular use. Reference - BFG (Comptech) ads, Scarlet I - now bright Bodywerks yellow.
Red, pfah! Why do the reds trumpet their color so much? Fears of inadequacy, clearly. Juliann, thanks for the thumbs up on my car!
