I was just at the Honda Dealership and the Grand Prix White with Tan Leather sure made rethink my allegience to Silverstone. Has anyone who baught a Silverstone switched to a different color. I am thinking my next S2000 might be the GPW. But any color looks good on a S2K. When I was at the Chicago Auto Show in Feb, I thought the Yellow was a lot better then the new Blue color they offer on the 06, and had thought about going with the Yellow but the GPW is just so rare to see.

 

I really like the Silverstone with the red and black interior. The GPW is okay... I'm glad to see they dropped the tan interior for 06. I despise tan interiors no matter what the exterior color is. Ah well, to each their own.

 

This is like picking what color shirt you want to wear tomorrow. What suits you?

I've got a Silverstone and my next S2k will be GPW. I actually looked for a GPW when I bought my car, but none were available around my area. I'm partial to white, as I'm coming from a CW ITR, and another white integra.

BTW, I'm not liking the tan interior.

 

It took me three months to find a GPW, much more for one I wanted. GPW is among the rarer cars and at meets people usually congregate around my car and comment on the color and interior. The nice thing about GPW is the wide variety of interiors among all the years, so you really don't see two that are a like (if you ever do see two at once).

Fwiw, you only could get the tan on 03-05, so you're out of luck if you're looking for a new GPW with tan. Speculation says that the 07 GPW will have a red and black interior though.

 

As much as I love the way silverstone looks, had the GPW come with the black/red interior I would've had to think about it for a while.

 

I love the red/black and the black is nice too. i really dont like the tan.
