Quick question...

I have the side fenders on my cars and the piece of rubber under the sider fender is hanging to the ground. has this happened to anyone before and can you tell me what screws or bolts or whatever I should use to fix the problem. I asked the Honda dealer to look at it when I got my oil changed last week and they told me that it would be a $25 charge just to look at it, plus the charge to fix whatever needed to be fixed.

$25 just to look at it and they spent more time telling you that than it would have taken them to look at it!!!
need a better description of which piece of rubber and where it is hanging from-

It's the area right under the back of the door on the drivers side where the side fender is. I don't know if cars without the side fender have this part or not. It a piece of rubber under the painted fender that curves around the under part of the car.

Don't have a digital camera or a scanner, sorry guys. I guess that I need to "get with it." But like I said before, it's the piece of rubber that hangs directly under the side flair near the back of the door.

If your dealer wants 25 bucks just to look at something, tell him to take a hike! Geez...

Nevermind, I just unscrewed it from under the car. I will probably undo the other one as well.

You must be talking about the black plastic "strakes" (NOT the ones that are "add on" side strakes, body coloured). There are 6 or them. 2 front strakes (left & right), 2 rear strakes A (left & right), 2 rear strakes B (left & right). If you could unscrew them, why didn't you just screw them back up? One of my front ones ripped off once and I went and bought a new and had to make my own bracket to re-install it as the original mounting surface ripped off with the strake. These are supposedly for under-car air control.
