Short of buying racing gloves and using them each time I drive, is there any product I can use to make the wheel more sticky?
I'm thinking if you took it to a good upholstery shop they'd know how to cover it in suede leather.

Tony and Monta Hyde of H&H Handicraft Upholstery in Cerro Gordo, IL would do you right for sure. Both have been doing it for over 20 years and there's nothing they can't cover and do it well.
