How do I take a sweeping left or right hand turn WITHOUT heaving the backside out.
try pointing the car in the intended direction prior to hitting the gas ....once you do that, the back end should feel very secure

Don't worry, be happy:

It's well known that xviper (who has about 4 1/2 years here and averages over 16 posts per day) has no credibility whatsoever, particularly comparied to new guests on their first day who talk of sliding their new S2Ks around and embarrassing other people.

I know: a suggestion for the mods seems in order. How about adding to the FAQ sticky thread something about culture and protocol around here. Like: Please don't make an ass of yourself, at least not too soon (as, for some people, it will be inevitable). Lurk. Find out who the gurus are. Don't offend them.

just remember that driving at the limits WILL lead to accidents no matter how good of a driver you are....this is why racing teams have a budget for accidents and the drivers wear helmets and suits

And you are fully BELIEVEABLE. We've seen the likes of you before. We've already "gotten" a life. We're wondering how long you'll keep yours.

Alright already...Enough! You guys just don't seem to get it. I can't believe I've got to explain this...My orignial posting does NOT depict how I actually drive! I was simply giving praise to the vehicle we all (supposedly) love! I'm 35 and have a 2 year old baby girl and am well aware of the dangers of "street racing". As for asking how not to have the rear end slide out when turning, again, what I meant was, that when it happens, you've got to scrape the stupid smile off your face because its so controlled and so smooth...it's just damned good fun! Now, would I ever do this with other people or cars around? OF COURSE NOT! What? Am I the only guy who has ever felt like this about a car before? And I'm sure that all you negative-hate posters out there NEVER EVER broke ANY traffic laws while driving your S2000 out on the streets. Honesty, I was simply trying to relay my love for the car and its abilities..not mine!

Well, why in the Hell didn't you put it that way to begin with?

WELCOME, then.
