Sliverston vs Sebring
Both silvers have an NSX legacy, for what that's worth.
The Sebring Silver is too close to the ubiquitous Honda Satin Silver Metallic for me. But then again, I live in Wyoming where the sun shines HOT from April to November. The Silverstone Silver Metallic shimmers beautifully in the bright Wyoming summer light.

If you depend on others to make this decision for you, disappointment is inevitably around the corner.
Take a close look at both colors and then chose the one that *YOU* like best. Either way, you can't go wrong because there's an S2000 lurking just beneath the paint.

While I was biased towards Silverstone from the start, I saw some fo the Sebring S2000's and thought it was a color that was too much like the Civic's silver. That pretty much clinched it for me.
Berlina and Sebring wound up not even being considered on my list. Berlina lost out only because I know people with black cars and I didn't want to go through what they did.
Silverstone is best :-)

I agree that you should definitely go out and look at each of them and make your own decision. I own a Silverstone '03 so of course I am biased. I do however have a few observations:
- First, try to see both of them side by side and in different lighting. In my opinion, the Sebring looks almost the same in bright sun or in overcast light and indoor light. If you see Silverstone it is DRASTICALLY different in overcast light than in direct sunlight. In direct sunlight the color is sparkly and bright silver on the raised surfaces while darker silver in the recesses. In overcast weather however, the Silversone looks straight up gray (this would account for the experience of the one guy who said it looked flat when he saw it).
- If you are doing car shows or anything where the car will be seen in bright daylight or in indoor light you can't go wrong with Silverstone. Its bright enough to hide paint imperfections, and give a sparkily silver color, but its dark enough to bring out the gloss in the paint. The other thing to consider is that Silversone is much more "directional" than sebring. In other words there is a much more drastic color change from highlight to shadow (esp. in indoor light), so the car ends up looking more "angular" than the other colors , the lines are more defined and sharp looking.
Anyway when it all comes down to it its personal preference, so go see alot of each color (pics never do any car silver justice), and decide what YOU like more. The other thing is that I find Sebring to be just like every other silver on every other car, Silverstone I find to be more unique among cars as a whole even if it isnt among S2000's.
Just my own observations from making my color choice
