That's crazy, what the hell were they doing to get the motor to come out. I'm curious as to how much of the transmission came out with it.

 

I've come up on a wreck where people died. One guy was launched out onto the other side of the road. We saw paramedics pick up a big slimy peice of "leg muscle", as they described it, and put it in a bag.

The engine was out of that car too. Along with a door that was 60 feet away, etc. The car hit a tree at 90mph.

This wreck in the pic doesn't look as bad. But...definately a bad wreck.

It's not that hard for engines to come out. When I hit a tire wall, my motor mount broke from the stopping force from hitting the wall. The car only had body damage too...nothing structural.

wow, that's terrible.

just by the pic, i highly doubt anyone survived that. let this be a reminder that the track is the place to drive crazy fast. my only hope is that no other vehicles or pedestrians were hurt. it sucks that the driver likely died, but it was his choice to drive like he was. but if anyone else was hurt/killed by this guys stupidity then this is truly tragic.


oh and its nice to see that the wind shield is strong enough to still have most of its shape left. idk if it rolled, or how many times it rolled, bit if it were not for the wind shield or the seat, i would not have been able to figure out what kind of car it was.
