My S2K was rear ended last week and after the estimate was done it came up to $729, no major damage, just some wrinkled paint and one small nick. The estimate was to replace the rear bumper with a new one and then paint. Question is.......obviously this new bumper will not have the original VIN sticker on it, and I've read this will decrease the value of my car approximately $4 to $5 thousand. Is this true and should I repair or replace? I took it to Gross & Son in Pensacola, who is the #1 recommended for Pensacola Honda. Any other suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
