I was driving down Palmetto Pk Road today in Boca at 11:30-11:45am coming back from a sales call with the top down and saw another S2000 (Silver) driving the opposite direction with the top up.

You should be ashamed. The weather here is much too nice to be riding with the top up...


(It's mid 70's, low humidity, intermittent sun)

 

I see this frequently, soft top cars being driven around on beautiful days with the top up, I just don't understand!!!

I see it a lot too. I guess grandma didn't want to mess up her hair.

 

Wait a minute....

I have long hair, and you can't imagine what a mess it gets to be with the top down, even pulled back! Not to mention, a ponytail isn't exactly a professional look.

You guys don't want these cars being garage queens, but you reject the idea that not everyone can sport that wind-blown look.

Get real!

This appeared to be a guy, but I was at speed limit + 25, and didn't get a good look.

No excuses!

 

personally I could care less that this car is a roadster. I bought it b/c of its chassis, engine, gear box, having a drop top is just a lil' plus. IMO of course

 

i was driving on palmetto park road today too....hehe i saw a silver s2k with the top up, it was nice looking too.
