The biggest difference will be the cargo space. In terms of comfort, the s2000 isn't much different than a Prelude with modified suspension.

Traded in my 01 Prelude, I sat in it for like half an hour before i could let it go. I sure do miss having a normal conversation on the highway with the gf without having to scream my head off.
