As everyone knows, driver's ed in America is just soooo helpful, informative, and complete. Look at all the great drivers out on the roads today for proof!

Oh sh*t that's so true. Look at my driving record with two drivers ed classes within 4 years and see if that deterred me. That just allowed me to make up the point I shoud have had, ahahah. In all seriousness and practicallity, Mac's actions were justified and in no way dangerous because slamming the brakes in the other car would have gave more room to Mac therefore accomplishing his intentions. No need to argue with him Mac or anyone else for that matter since the majority of people understand how "those" drivers are and that you were avoiding a mishap for him, surrounding traffic, and yourself.

Yeah, sorry for arguing guys...I got so wrapped up in "proving" to everyone that was I did was the best considering the circumstances I forgot that there's always at least ONE in the crowd who just doesn't see the logical side of things.

If wc_one believes that guy would slide into me by locking up his brakes (and somehow defying the laws of physics ) and slowing down when he's 2" from my rear, then he's a Darwin Award recipient waiting to get his prize. Of course, I have to live with the moniker of moron for the rest of my life because I didn't buy a Ferrari or care about my life and/or car more

I take that back. Maybe you should take a class in physics instead. Hint: there is a very big difference between coefficient of static friction and coefficient of kinetic friction, and when your tires are rolling and sliding.

It really is amazing. You can walk into a room of people, yell out "1+1=2", and there will always be someone who yells back "no it's not, it's 3" and really really means it.

MHO Just let the ricer pass.. We all know they have lawn mower engines.. even with those big fat ass mufflers still not quite pushin 240. I understand that they ran up your a$$ but in this crazy world is TAPING the brakes worth getting shot? Or even better...wrecking your car.

I have no idea if the police ever caught up with him, but I hope the little bastard rots in hell. He had us STOPPED in the middle of a major highway, giving me the finger. The asshole actually thought it was cute. I'm just hoping he ends up in some huge accident and breaks his legs off at the hip.

About 46 years ago, when my father was first teaching me how to drive, he gave me some sound advice which I never will forget. Good to remember for times like the one you have cited. I always keep it in mind when driving:

"Remember, Joe" my father, of blessed memory said. "Everyone with a hole in his ass has a driver's license."
