Some one parked in my spot.
So I come back home around 2 am and YESSS some one in my spot, I am tired, irrtated and NOW pissed off. I can't tow them because when I call the towing company they tell me that you need an authorization first from the apartment complex first and that they can't do it. Now every time it's different people, you know? Not like I can track them down and get a permission ahead of time... so stupid, who know if they will be the ones next time in my spot.
So this time I put his windshield wipers up, turned one mirror inward and the other the other way. Left all pissed off because now my cars alarm is out of range and I don't need higher risk of my seats being stolen because some asshole couldnt find a spot, shit I did.
What should I do?
1) Keep looking for a towing company that will tow "Invaders"
or
2) Get a nice jack, jack the rear end up and glide the car out of the spot in the middle of the street?
3) Leave a note (God im so tired of doing that!)
4) Cut his valve stems off or let the air out of one tire?

Messing with their car is asking for it yourself, and kind of hypocritical.
Especially if it's a different person all the time and not the same person doing it over and over again.
Talk to your super, see if you can put a up a sign that designates parking spots and possible towing, then you wouldn't need "permission" from the super to have the car towed away as it would be a posted towing zone.

You can take the car's license plate off, and give it to the office and tell them it should have been towed
Seriously though, if you have restricted parking, any car without a prking permit should be towable without authorization from the office. Talk to the office and get that straightened out.

this only happened to me once. my old place in Anaheim had given one tow company perm if we showed proof that the spot was mine. (which was easy as it was on the lease). However it was an hour and half wait to get it straighted out and it was 3am before i got to bed.
