My suggestion would be to prioritize buying a house or condo over spending money on a sports car.

 

I wouldn't say buying. That might be a little extreme compare to the price of a S2000. If he's renting, maybe start looking for a better complex. But moving is another hassle in itself.

 

When I was in high school people use to steal my spot all the time. I acquired some "This car is illegally parked and will be towed" letters and a glue stick. Whenever someone parked in my spot I'd glue stick the note to their windshield.

If you do that, the person assumes the note is from the complex and shouldn't be inclined to take revenge on your car. Also, I found that just the thought of the guy trying to scrub that sticky a$$ glue off their window greatly helped with the venting process.

Just buy a big cone and put in there. the same thing happen to my mom's work place, she paid for a spot for the company van to park in front of the store to load craps in and out and there's always random arsehole parked there.

since we used some big cone with warning sign on it, no one parked there anymore.
