Will a 2000-2003 Rear Tail Light fit onto a 2004 without modification? Is my 2004 Tail Lights worth anything?

Will a hardtop fit directly into a 2004 without having to install any kits?

Is there a website showing all of the aftermarket S2000 specialized vendors?

How much is my 2004 Wheels worth? All 4 has some minor curb marks, probably a $100 each to be fixed.
