WAIT! If you can ID these kids, maybe you can talk to their parents? Hopefully they will reimburse you, punish their kids, and afterwards wait a month or so so that it passes, then go back and beat the sh!t out of the kids w/o the parents knowing it was you. That way you get compensated and get revenge! Woohoo

 

only so many parents are willing to do that, most parents today would stand up for their kid even if they know theyre lying. as long as they get to save a penny or two

 

 

Sorry to hear about this ... all you can really do now is pay the deductible and get everything repaired by your insurance company. I wouldn't go and beat the kids up.

Sadly enough, I feel that the S seeks too much attention at times and is prone to vandalism. That's why I lowered my comprehensive deductible to 250, while keeping collision at 1,000. My policy will run a little higher with lower comprehensive deductible, but I know the lower comprehensive deductible will come in handy (even though I really hope I don't need to use that) ...

 

No offense to you guys....maybe I'm getting old or something! I would def avoid getting into a physical altercation. The last thing you need is to have to sell your S because you have to pay a lawyer to defend an assault charge or worse a lawsuit. If you find those kids, find their cars (which I doubt are nice because they would have understood the pains before egging) egg that at the least to get your revenge.

I'm not saying you shouldn't beat those kids up for some stupid moral reason(I would have no doubts doing it if it wasnt for legal recourse!), but for your financial and freedom's sake. Plus they are 16....not worth it. They would get a slap on the wrist and you would go to jail.

Go shoot some rounds off at the gun range...that always keeps me level!

I definitely know how bad you want to get revenge. I've had cars that have been vandalized too. But I also believe in karma and that the kids who egged your car will eventually get whats coming to them. If you and your friends go beat them up, they already know where your friend lives and there will be legal actions taken against you. They're probably minors too so you guys would get into even more trouble. I don't think it's worth it.

 

some fools tagged my S with a sharpie/bingo dabber a month or 2 ago,, i was livid... Cops wont do ANTHING... (not that they could,, no evidence)
