Someone help!
ok i hit a curb wit my s2k kinda hard... now my steering wheel is cocked like an 1/8th to the left... car doesnt pull and drives straight but you can tell if you look close that the wheel is like tilted... front driver side wheel.... i brought it to honda they said my subframe is bent but than again the guys there are kinda assholes and dont know if they are trying to jerk me.... the guy showed me with his finger the difference and its like barely off and they said they cant align it... and that i need a new subframe etc... anyone help?
Damn, I wouldn't have taken it by the Honda dealership. I learned a long time ago that I couldn't trust them with diagnostics. They tried to get me to buy a new Timing chain from them for 1400 when it was just the TCT.
you have to get the car on the alignment machine and try to align it to spec, if it cannot be aligned to spec then you will have to find out what is bent and replace it, if you hit the driver front wheel on the curb, most likely a control arm and/or a tie rod is bent, possibly the steering knuckle also, but a subframe would be the last thing to be replaced if the damage is not really obvious

It would take a lot to damage the subframe. Try alignment and all the other goodies first.
Good luck
i was in the same boat as you a long time ago. You're basically stuck throwing parts on the car until the alignment was back into specs. I would start with the control arms and work my way over to the sub frame last. Some alignment shops may be able to pull the sub frame back into specs as well but you may loose structural integrity. It's difficult to tell what will ultimately correct the issue until you start swapping parts. Good luck and I would go through insurance if I were you. It may end up costing you thousands.
