alignment is within all specs so its straight honda def tried to screw me!!!

A dealerships primary source of profit is the service department, so ...


Anyway, did you verify the control arm and tierod isn't bent? You could marginally have bent pieces and still have alignment within spec.

yea they said nothing was bent so im good now... just a bunch of bull honda tried to make me pay 4k those scumbags!

not really soooo

i know this huge dealership that sells like 6 different makes wants to get rid of the service department (onwer said this)

You actually think dealers don't make huge money in the service dept? Believe me, the sale of the new car is not the primary profit center. You only sell the car once, you service it for life. I have never heard of dealer without a service department.

The profit on new car sales is almost nothing. Way more mark-up on used sales, and also, the MOST of a dealer's income will come from service.
