Someone running a scam with an S2000
in for updates.

Seems fishy, had a coworker working a similar deal on a Shelby and the emails read similar. Definately worth a carfax to see where the car is registered...

Hi, i'll be more then happy to make this a face to face transaction but the car is already in DAS custody and i've also payed a insurance price, the insurance is payed for any kind of problems, mistakes, misunderstanding for both our parts and the money on the insurance will cover it, also cover the shipping back in case the car is not as i have described. In case i will not want to use there services anymore i will lose the insurance money, and to be honest with you i do not want to lose the money on the insurance.
Some other guy was interested in this car and when he was ready to move forward with the transaction just found out that the bank will not approve him the loan and now i am stuck with the car at DAS. I hope you can understand. If we move through eBay you will have a 3 days inspection period (time to check the car with a mechanic), also going through eBay we will be protected by Vehicle Purchase Protection.
