If you don't mind or even enjoy constantly turning heads definitely Spa Yellow.
You are absolutely right. Silver whispers, yellow shouts.

Both colors are cool, but spa rocks!

When I went looking, my first choice was black, but I had had two black cars before and it was a real biotch to keep clean. I considered white, but I had just owned two Integras ('87 and '94) and wanted something different. Then I thought about a red one because of the whole Ferrari thing. But, my final choice was the Spa because I remembered that Ferrari also has some very attractive yellow cars. I am thrilled that I got the Spa. It really sticks out in a crowd and gets a lot of looks on the road. However, you go with what YOU want. don't be swayed by us. It's really all about the driving experience, isn't it?

yeah, get whatever color appeals to you more. don't worry too much about swirls cuz an s2000 deserves to be upkeeped meticulously, in which case swirls should not be a problem. i personally like the yellow, but like others said it has a "look at me" characteristic to it, and i guess i'm not the kinda guy that likes that kind of attention. as for silverstone, i used to really like the color when it first came out, but now that the s2000 is offered in sebring silver, i think silverstone, in comparision, looks kinda dull (no offense to silverstone owners). if you want silver i'd definitely recommend sebring. it makes the s2000 look like a sleek silver bullet.

Spa is really easy to find in a parking lot.

I forgot where I parked once in a large lot. It had just rained and I could see its reflection under the other cars 2 rows over.
