Default spare tire (weight distribution)

will taking out the spare tire upset the balance of the car's 50/50? and i have heard that the new s2000s have a 48.1front and a 51.9 rear distribution so it would actually help the even out the weight anybody attest to this? or will it mess up the balance between the left and the right side?

I've heard it's more like 30-35 lbs. for spare and tools, jack, etc. This is a good question, but because I have an amp and sub in the back, I'm not worrying as taking those items out will probably even it out for me.
